Overview
VS Attack (VSA) is a core competitive mode in FC Mobile that has evolved significantly. In FC Mobile 26, VSA is now part of Division Rivals, alongside Head to Head (H2H) and Manager Mode (MM). The VSA system is chance-based, focusing entirely on attacking opportunities where both players attempt to score goals within allocated time.
In previous seasons, defensive situations (counter-attacks) could appear when there was a large team OVR gap between opponents. However, in the current version, the focus is purely on offensive gameplay and converting chances efficiently.
Basic Rules
Star System
Each match in Division Rivals affects your progress through Stars:
- Win: Earn 1 Star
- Draw: No change
- Loss: Lose 1 Star
Once you collect all Stars in your current division, you'll be promoted to the next one. If you lose all your Stars and lose again, you'll be relegated to a lower division.
Bonus Points & Stars
Earn Bonus Points from every match, which convert into Bonus Stars after reaching the threshold. Bonus Points only apply in divisions below FC Champion and reset at the start of each new season.

Bonus Point Requirements per Star:
- Amateur & Semi-Pro: 6 Points = 1 Star
- Pro to Legendary: 8 Points = 1 Star
Star Shield Protection
A Star Shield prevents you from losing a Star after a defeat. You can earn Star Shields through Star Pass and Promotion Rewards. Star Shields expire at the end of the season and only work in divisions below Legendary.
Division Structure
VS Attack is split into several tiers, each made up of mini-divisions. You need 3 Stars to move up to the next mini-division, and each promotion gives you rewards.

Weekly Leaderboard
The Weekly Leaderboard runs from Thursday to Thursday every week and ranks players by their performance during that period.
- Rankings: Based on total wins during the week
- Qualification: You must play at least one match to qualify
- Grouping: Players are grouped by division into leaderboards of 20 players each
- Tiebreaker: If two players have the same wins, the one who reached it first ranks higher
- Rewards: Given at the end of the week based on your rank, with higher divisions receiving better rewards
VSA Tips & Tricks
Master these essential strategies to dominate VS Attack and climb the divisions faster.
1
Maximize Your Chances
Each VS Attack match lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds, giving you around 10–15 chances to score. Focus on converting Good and Great Chances into goals, and quickly skip Basic Chances unless you're confident. The faster you clear weaker chances, the more total chances you'll get.
2
Improve Finishing
If you're struggling to finish Great Chances: (1) Switch your attackers since some players perform better depending on their stats, and (2) Improve your shooting angle, as poor angles or weak shots can result in misses or saves.
3
Master Your Formation
Avoid changing formations too often. Instead, memorize your usual attacking patterns, since VSA scenarios repeat frequently. The more familiar you are with these patterns, the more consistent your performance will be.
4
Weak Foot Matters
Use 5-star weak foot attackers whenever possible, as they can shoot accurately from any angle. For midfielders, 4-star weak foot is still acceptable. This flexibility makes a huge difference in converting difficult chances.
5
Quick Skip Strategy
For Basic Chances that are too far from the goal, aim toward the side of the field and use the Pass button to send the ball out of play. This helps you quickly move to the next chance. It's especially useful against stronger opponents.
6
Master Skill Moves
The best skill moves to beat defenders are Lane Change and Roulette. Learn to use these moves effectively, and you'll create more space, break through defenses more easily, and score more goals in VSA matches.
